An independent rebate partner, built by an active trader
JackTrader is a crypto trading-fee rebate channel for Binance and OKX. We are an independent referral / sub-broker partner β not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by Binance or OKX. This page explains exactly who runs it, how the rebate works, and what we will never do.
Who runs JackTrader
JackTrader is run by Jack, an active Binance and OKX futures trader since 2017. The rebate system began as an internal tool to track our own grid-bot and market-making fees. Once we were onboarded at a volume sub-broker tier and negotiated a higher rebate band, we opened the same channel to other traders β because the rebate is a percentage of fees we'd otherwise leave on the table anyway.
We are traders first. Everything on this site is written from the operator's seat, not a marketing desk β which is why the fee guides show the actual math, every VIP tier, and the cases where the rebate matters least as well as most.
What we do
- Bind your account to an officially-registered Binance / OKX referral or sub-broker relationship at the highest rebate tier we have access to.
- Pass up to 40% of your trading fees back to you, settled every Monday in USDT, with a per-trade statement you can reconcile against the exchange's own fee history.

What we never do
- We never ask for your password, withdrawal code, API keys, private keys or seed phrases.
- We never take custody of your funds. The rebate is a back-end attribution on the exchange's official affiliate ledger β your trading, deposits and withdrawals are unchanged.
- We don't offer signals, copy-trading, investment advice or fund management. The rebate lowers your transaction cost; it does not change market risk.
- Our partner program is strictly one level β you earn on the traders you personally refer, never a multi-level downline.
Is the 40% guaranteed?
No. "Up to 40%" is the top of the band. Your actual executable rate depends on the exchange's current policy, your 30-day volume, product type and account status, and we confirm it with you in writing before you bind. Anyone promising a fixed, guaranteed rebate regardless of those factors is not describing how the exchange affiliate system actually works.
